Wayne and I went on a fun October birthday trip to Palm Springs.  We went Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  Wayne went to work for a few hours on Monday then we took off.  We stopped at the outlet store.  I was able to buy a few birthday presents.  It was very hot.  Once we were checked in we went straight to the swimming pool.  The water was very pleasant.  In the evening we went for dinner and a show.  Tues. we to the Palm Springs Ariel Tram to the top.  The temperature was just right.  We hike around a loop.   It was a very enjoyable hike.  The temperature was perfect and some of the tree were even changing colors.  It was a nice get away that is close to home.
