Susie and Andrew's Wedding- Salt Lake Weekend

Friday was the perfect fall day for a wedding. The sun was out and even a little hot. Susie and Andrew really go together. They both love high adventure. We are talking sky diving and rock climbing. Doesn't Sara look cute too?
This picture was taken at the wedding breakfast. These are the cousins that are the closest to Susie.
This picture let's you know how warm it was.
Christie with her husband and little Katie.
I still haven't figure out how to get the pictures in the order I want them so this picture should really be last. Saturday afternoon we were at Grandmas. Sara and I were studying and Wayne was reading and watching football. We looked out the window and it was snowing. REALLY. Saturday morning we took a drive up the mountain to see if we could see the leave changes. We might have been a few days late but we did find some pretty spots. This is our romantic walk in the rain and leaves.
Some more pretty leaves.
I want to let you know Sara is moded. She went with us. We had a nice breakfast at Silver Creek Lodge. After our ride in the mountains, Wayne and I went to see Valerie at her quilt shop. Sara went back to Grandma's. We had taken two cars so Sara didn't have to stay. Grandma didn't go with us because she had decided to stay at Lake Powell. I guess she was having lots of fun. Now we really know we are not the favorite.

Isn't this a great picture of Jean and Paul. Jean acted like she was feeling good. This picture was suppose to be with the wedding pictures.

Summer is over

Fall has begun. Yesterday Wayne and I had planned on watching the Call children play soccer. The weather had different plans. We woke up to rain. Now in Hacienda Heights the games would have still been played, however, Orange County, more specifically Ladera Ranch, games were cancelled. We decided to go visit anyhow. We spent the day watching the kids on their computers instead. We also went to visit Tanya and Marisa. Tim was on his way to Spain. Their little apartment is cute. They look comfortable.

This picture is to remind us of summer days to come. It was taken on Labor and the weather was much hotter than yesterday.

Memories of the Past - No one home to write about

Now that it is just the two of us at home I don't have a much to write about. However, since Luke is showing pictures of the past I thought I would throw in a few. Maybe you will get more next time I write. I have had a hard time with the blogger today. I had more pictures but I kept losing them. Sorry. Maybe next time.

Check out the new addition to my family link. Wayne has his own blog. The only problem is he can't remember his username and password. He said he hopes to keep you posted on his golf scores and his mankles.

Last of Summer

I had a great summer. It ended with a fun holiday. Wayne and I spent the day at the beach with the family that lives by us. It would have been fun to have all of you there. It was a really hot day so even the beach was hot. The best way to stay cool was to be in the water. I spent quite a bit of time with my feet wet. Now everyone is back at school. It was hard to say good-bye to summer but the kids are glad to be back with their friends. Even the weather has started to cool down to let us know that fall is approaching. This is good because the first two days of school were very hot. Tim and Tanya moved out yesterday which is sad. It was so fun to see the little changes in Marisa everyday. Now Kari and her family will get to see them more often. Their apartment is very cute. And if you ask them, they even have an ocean view.
I hope all of you have a great school year and everyone stays health.
