Our Bayeux Hotel and pastry shops

My purpose for this entry was to remember the color scheme in this hotel. The walls were orange and lime green. Inside the cupboard was blue. It sounds funny, but it certainly made this place a place to remember. I wish the pictures had turned out better. As you can guess by the ceiling, we are on the top floor. This time there was an elevator, but it only went up to the third floor. We were on the fourth floor. Yes, we had to climb more stairs.

The two mornings we were in Bayeux we explored the pastry shops. In this city we didn't have much luck with the French speaking English. Just the same, we got them to understand us. Saturday morning the city had a huge open air market set up in the main city's parking lot. We still liked the pastry shops the best. Don't they look wonderful?
