Happy Thanksgiving
I know I have not updated my blog for quite awhile. I now remember why I don't blog very often. It takes forever for my Internet to upload my pictures. I guess I get impatient and want it done very quickly. Wayne and I are back from Palm Springs or Palm Screams as Marisa calls it. I was looking in my backyard and realized I still have a lot of flowers. All the work for Sara's and Mike's wedding is still being enjoyed. The first picture is of some flowers I planted after the wedding. They were used as table decoration and planted later. They are blooming again.
This is a new rose bush and it is doing just great. The ground cover is also.
Palm Springs was a wonderful place to spend Thanksgiving. It was such a lovely day that we were able to eat outside. Yes, it is right on the golf course. The kids went through the bushes and played in the sand trap of hole #1. It was interesting trying to cook a meal out of 3 small kitchens but it happened. I didn't bake my own pies or rolls, but everything else was from scratch. Somehow Matt and a few of the kids managed to not get in any of my pictures.
We enjoyed having Kathy and Tyler.

We even went swimming on Thanksgiving afternoon. The kids loved the waterslide. During the weekend we also went to Ruby's, went on a small hike and saw a few movies. Some went golfing. We even took the kids to the driving range and putting green.
